Come Join Our Growing Team!The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, screening and recommending candidates for Pharmaron positions. He or she will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish partnerships with management, identify qualified candidates through effective interviewing, and successfully administer the recruitment life cycle. Developing and executing recruitment plans are primary responsibilities to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent. All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity law and applicable employment laws.This role may require travel between our Baltimore, MD and Germantown, MD locations.What The Job Entails:Consult with Talent Acquisition Manager, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, and requisition creation.Responsible for job description maintenance, job ad maintenance, requisition creation, and offer application.Assists to determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.Assist with organizing and attend college career fairs and recruitment events.Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, coordinate candidate interviews, and close qualified candidates.Maintain detailed notes of candidate progress in applicant tracking system. Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork.Assist management with the creation of interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.Place and update all job postings in various medias including internet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards and staffing partners.Create offer letters, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree2-5 years of experience in administrative functions.Experience with social media and professional networks.Excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing and interpersonal skills.About Pharmaron - Who Are We?Pharmaron is a premier R service provider for the life sciences industry.
