This position is in nearby Lexington Park, Maryland, and is responsible for the qualification testing, integration, and life cycle support of the MH-60R and the MH-60S avionics systems.The successful candidate will apply systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Test. Interacts with NAVAIR, HX-21 and VX-1 regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.The successful candidate will communicates with other program personnel, government employees, and senior executives both at the respective commands and Lockheed Martin. Responsible for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the MH-60R and MH-60S Helicopters:Technical Process Area - Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, on helicopter testing and loading of specific software in accordance with flight clearances and test plans.
