Description: Bank of America's Cyber Security Assurance - Automation and Orchestration group within their Global Information Security organization is looking for a Technical Business Analyst. Cyber Security Assurance is looking to automate their compliance and vulnerability monitoring within Qualys, BladeLogic and a few other tools they have. The team is responsible for automating policy compliance and vulnerability monitoring, give the directions to the Qualys tool, send it downstream to data lakes and applications for consumption for vulnerabilities. Focused on automating the compliance monitoring and normalizing the data, bring in data from other tools. The other tool they have is BladeLogic which is focused on middleware compliance vulnerability monitoring, and then they use other tools to do niche technologies because weird little things that pop up in the bank. They have mainframe and other odd databases so leverage a suite of tools to enable compliance monitoring. Focused on policy monitoring. Responsibilities: - Working as a technical business analyst, even some project management/ scrum master responsibilities. Writing tickets, writing technical terms into layman's terms on what they are doing/working on. They need help and need documentation, don't have clear in layman's terms that describes the capabilities they do on her team, need someone to come in and move through the documentation, translate it into layman's terms on how they deliver it, what they deliver, document how they operate. The challenge is they don't logically communicate in tickets, struggle across team what needs to be done, don't have the time to think about the tickets, need help documenting what they deliver. - Need someone who can work independently, take initiative, almost an over achiever, work to deliver the documentation they need, be proactive in engaging the team, be able to give them some leadership skills.
