MIL currently holds several multi-year contracts with NAWCAD in the areas of Cyber, C5ISR, and Information Technology systems.SummaryThe MIL Corporation seeks a Security Engineering, Associate that will serve as a Cyber Vulnerability Researcher performing reverse engineering on binaries associated with avionics systems while supporting our Federal Government client on-site at the Patuxent River, MD location.Key DutiesWorking closely with our government customer, perform cyber vulnerability research on compiled binaries within embedded systems.Working closely with our government customer, perform cyber vulnerability research on compiled binaries within Windows/Linux environments.Performing static and dynamic analysis.Apply and/or develop highly advanced principles, concepts, and tactics.Develops information which extends knowledge within the field.Identify issues and vulnerabilities associated with the development and implementation of operational programs.Required Qualifications10 years' of vulnerability research experience, including experience performing binary reverse engineeringExperience performing both static and dynamic analysisExperience programming in PythonAbility to work in a diverse team environment.Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccinationDesired QualificationsExperience programming in C, CMaster level working knowledge of assembly languageExperience performing binary patching is a plus.Experience performing malware analysis is a plus.Experience performing software exploitation is a major plus.EducationBachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, systems engineering, computer engineering or computer science from an ABET accredited college.
