POSITION IS REMOTE, BUT FOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS, WOULD PREFER CANDIDATE IN THE DC, MD OR VA AREA Provides COMPASS government financial, contracting, and administrative support to Defense Health Agency (DHA) staff organizations and more than 200 Army/Navy/Air Force MTFs as part of Enterprise Portfolio Management and Monitoring Services (EPMMS). Works independently, but as part of larger COMPASS team, providing guidance and oversight to staff supporting all general COMPASS task categories"A cents € data extraction, analyses, cleansing, correction, 1st and 2nd level quality control, group and one-on one training, human capital management, workflow management, and reporting. Provides enterprise-wide prospective analyses, utilizing financial systems (GFEBS, DEAMS, CRIS) to determine potential workload meeting COR approved parameters, interprets data, and provides summary information to the PM. Completes production level review of deobligation recommendation to the customer; reviews deobligation workbook for accuracy, completes "what if"A' impact scenarios, and provides summary to consulting staff and PM. Communicates directly with MTF POCs to confirm execution data and discuss issues affecting projections"A cents € documents result in COMPASS and associated deob workbooks. May support COMPASS human capital management (HCM) module and workflow management, including data capture and entry, quality control, detailed relational analyses, and reporting to consulting staff. Utilizes critical thinking skills to identify problem areas, document finding, facilitate problem resolution, and recommend process improvement actions to the consulting staff. Provides training to financial analysts and government end users, demonstrating COMPASS capabilities, available standard reports, search and sort actions, dashboards, and other COMPASS functionality. Attends business unit and corporate meetings providing assessment of current operations, identifies COMPASS system issues requiring attention, briefs project status, financials, and other project related information. Assigned other additional duties to support project and personnel management; consolidates IT COMPASS items for discussion with CEO, tracks staff training, CAC issuance/end dates, and other personnel data points at direction of PM. Travel may be required. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION A cents € cents Bachelor's Degree and 12 (twelve years') experience working in NAVY government finance and/or contracting field; 6 years' direct experience in field may be substituted in lieu of degree. Advance degree preferred. A cents € cents Must meet the eligibility requirements for a US government issued security clearance. MUST HAVE PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINATION A cents € cents MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE with government financial or contract management information systems such as GFEBS, WAWF, EDA, CRIS, DEAMS, ABSS, STARS.
