Hungry to make an impact on a growth-phase business that helps customers make better decisions every day?Harness all that as a key member of the Wolters Kluwer CCH Tagetik North America team, assuming responsibility for directly supporting the performance and efficiency of marketing efforts across our portfolio, providing key information and recommendations to ensure marketing goals and plans are met in order to grow pipeline and sales.You will utilize our MarTech and SalesTech stacks to gather and report on data, deliver dashboards and analyses, and collaborate on decisions and actions for improving marketing performance. Finally, you will also be a data, analysis, process and technology champion who enables the team to maximize results and understand ROI.**This role can be 100% remote ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Database excellence - Ensure our data is clean, comprehensive and usefulMarket & marketing intelligence - deliver the reports, dashboards, analyses and recommendations that enable the team to understand achievement against goals, deliver predictable forecasts, and iterate programs successfullyMarketing enablement - Empower our team to make decisions and take actionsMOPs excellence - contribute to Center of Excellence for marketing performance and operations, including establishing and driving adherence to standard processes and operating proceduresDemand generation - Contribute to the strategy and tactics for regional, local and channel programsMarketing automation - Provide Marketo support and/or backupDigital engagement - Serve as a MOPs and Tagetik North America champion on LinkedInBuyer Journey - Establish and leverage familiarity with our buyer personas and buyer journey to improve engagement and lead conversionExpenses tracking and forecastingOther marketing projects and activities as assigned JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. Required Experience: B2B Marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS company4+ years of experience increasing responsibility in marketing operations rolesDemonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present data in a meaningful and informative wayWorking knowledge of marketing and sales processes, systems and performance analysisCollaborative approach yet able to work independentlyExperience with MarTech and SalesTech stacks: Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, plus analysis toolsSkilled in Microsoft Office applications, including ExcelDemonstrated project management skillsPreferred Experience: Knowledge of SEO and digital marketingBackground handling expense forecastingTravel Requirements: Up to 10% domestic travel required, primarily air travel.PDN-963afd95-4c1d-4855-9179-685757f7e5b7 SDL2017
