Overview: ATCC is looking for an enthusiastic junior marketer to join our global marketing team. The associate marketing specialist will be providing project management and communications support for marketing activities, working closely with team members to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and generate new business leads. This role serves an instrumental bridge between marketing, product, and sales teams, ensuring timely and efficient execution and measurement of paid advertising and marketing strategies. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented self-starter who can also work in a team environment. Responsibilities: Create and manage projects that support the marketing function. Prepare regular marketing activity reports and respond to questions from the sales and product management organizations. Schedule and plan advertising projects, estimate costs, and manage projects to completion.Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives Provide pre- and post-sale marketing support to shareholders. Measure performance of campaigns, traffic, and other marketing strategies using analytics to identify ways to improve current processes when needed. Leverage customer insight data to refine branding. Stay current and abreast of product offerings and organizational processes to increase effectiveness of marketing strategies. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor Degree in life sciences, business, marketing or equivalent qualifying experience. 0-3 years of relevant experience.
