Facilities Management at the University of Maryland, College Park, experienced Journeyman Plumber Gasfitters and experienced Master Plumber/Plumber Specialist Gasfitters licensed within the WSSC with broad commercial/institutional experience. The University of Maryland, College Park (Home of the Maryland Terrapins) is an internationally recognized research university with many nationally ranked programs.

Two (2) positions are available- 1 Plumber and 1 Plumber Specialist. These positions offer the candidates the opportunity to use their existing trade skills and to acquire new knowledge in our unique environment. As a leading research institution, the University of Maryland provides its employees with a challenging and stimulating work environment in one College Park location. Starting salary within pay range is commensurate with skills and experience.

Two (2) shifts are available:

M-F 7:00 AM to 3:30PM & M-F 3PM to 11:30PM

Benefits package includes health insurance, tuition remission for employee and family, a pension plan, paid annual (11 days/yr), personal (3 days/yr) and sick leave (15 days/yr) as well as 14 paid holidays per year.
