Overview: Position Summary:As a Brand Ambassador you will be representing Winston to support Barbour with their Pop-Up shop and Re-waxing stations in Nordstrom's. The Brand Ambassador will engage with clients by educating the consumer on product features & benefits, ability to demonstrate and promote step-by-step rewaxing process, converting customers to the brand, and selling merchandise at a retail location. In this position, you will either work independently or part of a team. Greet each customer in a warm and friendly manner and interact with the customer as they enter the shop. Determine the customers' needs and give them product features and benefits. Keep the shop neat & organized. Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance, working back with coworkers to secure coverage if needed. Comply with all sales related policies and procedures as set by Winston Retail and our client Qualifications: Required Skills & Experience:. 1-3 years of experience within a department, specialty, or retail store. Previous work as a sales associate or brand ambassador with an apparel, accessory, or footwear company a plus. Ability to convert customers into sales with a passion and spark. Goal driven, with an ability to multi-task. Demonstrate and promote step-by-step rewaxing process. Exemplary customer service. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Reliable and professional. Available to work a flexible retail schedule. Strong work ethic; reliable and committed for the full duration of the project. This project will run for the month of October. Ability to lift to 25 pounds
