Overview Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Project Manager (PM) that will serve as the Government's primary point-of-contact and to provide supervision and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned. The PM is ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the customer TC AIMS II software effort to include both technical issues and business processes. The PM shall assign tasking to Contractor personnel, supervise on-going technical efforts, and manage overall performance. The PM will be responsible for all facets of program delivery and overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities The PM will provide oversight and leadership for contract personnel and interface with government leadership on contract activities and status. Responsible for Contractor work assignments, project timelines, Contractor costs/schedule/performance in coordination with the Government PM, COR, and program office POC's to ensure successful progress throughout the period of performance. Responsible for upgrading the software and providing IT services IAW current DoD guidelines. Provide customer service supporting a global footprint. Plan, organize, complete, and present assessments of cost, budget and schedule implications. Monitor, track, and report milestone and implementation status. Develop software maintenance and sustaimment projects that enhance the end customer experience and interface with other DoD databases. Develop and maintain program status and metrics that support the overall software program objectives. Ensure software and procedural modifications comply with current DoD Risk Management Framework guidance. Provide regular Progrma Management reviews that cover the key topics and chart the program course Qualifications Five (5) years experience managing software development and sustainment Security Clearance: Active Secret required (Top Secret eligible) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (Desired) DAIWIA Program Management certification (Desired) Demonstrated experience managing a delivery team of at least 15 personnel. Three (3) years experience with Army or DoD Transportation programs (Desired) Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to brief senior level customer officials.
