**Job Description**Be a part of the Technology Leadership team (RTL) in the Xeon and Memory Group (XMG) organization within the Datacenter Center and AI Group (DCAI). XMG is responsible for driving the business strategies and roadmap and GTM plans for Intel's largest data-centric business - Intel Xeon.As the cloud product manager and strategic planner, you will play a central role in driving, defining, and planning a cloud-first Xeon platforms roadmap strategy that meets and exceed hyperscale cloud needs and drives business growth for XMG/DCAI. You will engage directly with the world's leading cloud service providers to understand their needs, align with them on Intel's product roadmap, and define new value-add technologies. You will translate their needs into product requirements and collaborate with the Xeon product and technology planners and cloud segment planners to drive customer needs into Xeon CPU and platforms. You will synthesize a tremendous amount of information from various sources, prioritize their requests, connect requirements to workloads and opportunities, model financial scenarios, evaluate opportunities relative to business objectives and ensure recommendations are correctly integrated with product and business planning.This is a critical, highly visible, and influential role that requires the ideal candidate to come with experience and expertise to perform the following primary job activities and more:- Drive long term product strategy discussions with hyperscale cloud customers- Own one-voice requirements and priorities process- Build a customer-specific roadmap- Analyze, synthesize, and integrate customers' needs into Intel products and architecture- Lead and manage cross-organization teams, partner with internal and external stakeholders, while demonstrating customer first and One Intel mindset.Desired Skills:- Self-starter who can identify new business opportunities based on end-user needs/definition of success, translate the needs into technical product requirements, and prioritize investments.- Technical knowledge of hyperscale cloud infrastructure, software, and solutions- Experience with a variety of technologies such as CPU and servers, datacenter infrastructure, ethernet, memory, storage, and networking- Success in leading complex, cross-organization teams to deliver business results.- Excellent customer communication and collaboration skills.- Mix of creativity and analytical business skills who can get results- Public speaking experience and satisfaction.- Preparing and pitching to senior executives**Qualifications**Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
