If you want the freedom to grow at a firm that is invested in your future, keep reading.THE DAY-TO-DAY:As an associate in the Corporate Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.YOU HAVE:* 4-7 years of substantial M&A experience, including strategic investments with public and private companies* Experience drafting and negotiating transactional agreements (including ancillary documents and diligence reports in connection with the acquisition and disposition of public and private companies. licensing agreements, and other commercial agreements* The ability to manage smaller transactions, be capable of independent responsibility for major documentation and components of larger transactions* Experience supervising, mentoring and inspiring junior associates* Top law firm experience preferred, and a combination of law firm and in-house experience will be considered* Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills* Candidates must be admitted to the Bar of the state for which they are applying or meet the requirements to waive inWe offer a collegial environment and an excellent opportunity to continue to develop strong skills and grow with a national firm.WHAT WE PROVIDE:We provide competitive salary and benefits at all levels.
