Job Description The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the HR team at the unit level, setting all policies and procedures, hiring personnel, and driving the training process for orientation, customer service, safety and any other corporate/venue initiative. Job Responsibilities Identify best practices and organizational efficiencies, coach and train line managers to properly apply HR policies and procedures, Drive the annual review process for both hourly and salaried positions, Manage the process and implementations of payroll, benefits, employee R&R, retention, turnover, staffing & recruitment, development of management Work closely with the Leadership team to drive elements of the Talent Management Strategy (Talent Acquisition, On boarding, Performance Management, Development, Succession Planning and Retention). This position will report to the General Manager. New Employee Orientation Recruiting and onboarding of hourly associates and non for profit groups HR metrics reporting and analysis Benefits and Payroll assistance as needed Interacting with client and building staff Maintaining employee files Updating client master roster & weekly schedule Supporting large events with employee check in and security Available to work an event-based schedule including some nights and weekends Qualifications Ideal candidate with have a Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years of experience within a stadium or hospitality environment. The ability to manage in a fast-paced, diverse environment with focus on client and customer services and building and growing a strong business is essential. Knowledge of and experience with staffing large-scale events is required. Candidate must be willing to work event based hours including; early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to travel and support other accounts when needed.
