About this Position / Responsibilities: NFF is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with Kronos experience to support an Operations & Maintenance and Enhancements project to support a transit (Rail, Bus, Paratransit, etc.) customer on a high visibility program in the Washington, DC area.Location: Washington DC or Remote in the US (Eastern time) Responsibilities:Responsible for leading functional design, configuration, and support of Kronos Timekeeping and TeleStaff applications Collect and define business and technical requirements from Payroll, Labor, Human Capital, IT, and OperationTranslate requirements into technical specifications in Kronos applicationsCreate process flows, design documents, and diagrams to provide direction to developers and/or the project teamProvide Subject Matter Expertise with Kronos Timekeeping and TeleStaff applicationsConfigure the different modules of Timekeeping application namely Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, paycodes, and workrules based on the requirements to be compliant with labor laws and business policies Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle in IBM JazzServe as Tier 3 support troubleshooting end-user timekeeping issues Draft communications and training documents to communicate the changes with end users Qualifications: Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years' experience working with Time and Attendance systemsStrong Kronos Workforce Central product knowledge and configuration expertise with focus on Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Access Profiles, and Device ManagementStrong Kronos TeleStaff product knowledgeAbility to work independently with limited supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsManage stakeholders, and lead requirement sessions NFF Disclosures: NFF offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits and flexible paid time off options, for eligible employees:Medical, Dental and Vision, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending AccountSTD, LTD, Supplemental life insurance and ADDComprehensive 401k planPaid Time OffNFF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
