We offer: Comprehensive benefits package, 401k with 4% match, profit sharing and more. Inside Sales Engineer Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + UNCAPPED commissions. Duties/Responsibilities: * Provide quotes for 150kW generators and below. * Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. * Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. * Prepare cost estimates with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel. * Provide technical and engineering information to both clients and contractors. * Responsible for improvements through analyzing cost -benefit ratios for equipment, supplies or service applications; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials and/or services. * Contribute to sales engineering by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives. Requirements: * Previous experience with high volume inbound and outbound calls. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. * Experience reading and understanding blueprints, schematics and related documents. * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent sales and customer service skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Education/Experience: * BS in Electrical, Application, Mechanical or Power Generation and/or 3-5 years of previous industrial sales or product training experience with electric equipment, preferably generators, switch gear or building management systems. * Minimum 1-year B2C sales experience. Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. PM22 PI191426647
