**PAYROLL TAX SPECIALIST** needed for large global company with offices in York, PA.Hybrid work scheduleContract position with possibilities of permanentGreat company/culture and work/life balance**The PAYROLL TAX SPECIALIST** will process payroll Tax data effectively and efficiently. Within this position, you will also assist with several payroll related projects. You could advance your career at this smart team in a fast-paced environment.**PAYROLL TAX SPECIALIST Key responsibilities**+ Detail all payroll liabilities by establishing employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employer social security, unemployment, and worker compensation payment+ Manage review, and verify, source documents+ Handle reconciliation of employee deductions and other relevant liabilities+ Certify compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and guidelines+ Proper payroll Tax information maintenance by collecting, calculating, and entering data+ Analyze employee detailed payroll tax data to ensure accurate reporting to tax agencies.+ Review and reconcile payroll tax data based on per pay, quarterly, and annual tax reporting+ Prepare for department heads relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports+ Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages as part of report preparation+ Continue implementation of established policies and procedures to maintain payroll operations, reporting changes where necessary+ Answer questions and requests related to payroll Tax information+ Collect and analyze information including resolving payroll Tax discrepancies+ Assist with validation of Time and Attendance information+ Command of Multi-state Payroll Reconciliation**PAYROLL TAX SPECIALIST experience:**+ Proficiency in manual payroll calculations+ Experience in processing W-2 and W-2C data+ Capable of managing high volume multi-state payroll+ Proficient Tax Knowledge- Federal, Multi-State, Local especially PA CPP- Preferred 5+ years of payroll experience+ Experience with eTIME or Dimensions Time and Attendance systems+ Practical knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Smart Compliance+ Experience working with Microsoft Office- including Excel+ Knowledge of federal and state wage and hour regulations and requirementsFor immediate consideration and interview send resume to chrc511@kellyservices.com\#CB\#PA\#payrolljob #payroll #job #hiring #yorkpa #accounting #tax**Get a complete career fit with Kelly** **(R)** **.**You're looking to keep your career moving onward and upward, and we're here to help you do just that.
