As a Program Manager supporting our US Federal Government clients, you will be trusted to lead all aspects of program execution of contracts leading a staff along with technology footprint. In this role, a typical day will include:Collaborating with government leaders to meet operational services delivery requirements and serving as a primary liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, resolve issues and mitigate risks.Transition to and deliver IT managed services with a focus on computer infrastructure operations support for large enterprise organizations.Leads efforts to plan and execute organizational change, process improvements, and implementation program efficiencies.Responsible for meeting all operational SLAs.Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all contract tasks, deliverables, and assigned program requirements including technical work, financial, and business development activities.Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate task leads, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation.Responsible for profitability and revenue growth of the assigned program.Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits with corporate leadership and customer.Performs business development activities at all stages, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals.Performs program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement.Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances.Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements, and other program documents.Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.Participates in special projects as required.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:BA / BS required (MS preferred)10+ years of related experience with 5 years of experience as a PM for a large IT program in the federal or SLED space.PMI PMP Certification requiredITIL4 Certification requiredPosition is Remote, however, PM must be in the Washington DC Metro region.The likely salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:40Work LocationRockville, MD / HybridTotal Rewards at HyerTek:Our benefits package for all US-based employees includes various medical plan options, some with Health Savings Accounts/Flex Spending Accounts, dental plan options, a vision plan, and a 401k plan.
