Design Research Operations Project Lead

We are currently seeking a Design Research Operations Project Lead to join our team. We are passionate about keeping our design and research teams well managed so that they can deliver world-class products that redefine our customers' day-to-day financial activities.

What You'll Do:

You'll be asked to handle a variety of responsibilities, including:

Collaboration & Connection
  • Assist with the operational side of the design and research process for products and services, from concept to delivery
  • Partnering with design and research leads to coordinate and prioritize project initiatives and resources
  • Maintaining strong working relationships by collaborating with technology, product, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs
  • Responsible for sophisticated full support projects (project planning, recruitment, execution, analysis and closeout) and "Go-to" for knowledge sharing of processes
  • Assist with process improvement opportunities and devising a plan to reduce wastes and automate where necessary
  • Analysis of current functions, requirements gathering, intuitive thinking and stakeholder partnerships at a deeper level; Quality controls for intake through to insights; MBR reporting, etc


Discovery & Delivery
  • Assist with research tool and insights management for researcher and requestors of democratized research
  • Maintaining a well managed and compliant project oversight by:
    • Assist with managing changes to scope, design, and delivery schedules to meet business needs with available resources
    • Coordinate budgets, forecasting and scoping of new research projects
    • Communicating status, issues, and forecasts to stakeholders and ensuring work is aligned to company, organizational, and team imperatives and goals
    • Monitoring and balancing overall project health and team satisfaction


Basic Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience with program, project management, and operations


Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable with cross-channel experiences
  • Comfortable working with Product and Tech partners
  • Familiarity working with design or operations teams
  • Familiarity with agile principles, project management methodologies and tools
