**Description:**+ Contractors will travel to claims sites throughout VA for the claims department with Falcon. Will evaluate the condition of the HVAC equipment, work up an estimate, perform repairs.+ The HVAC Licensed Break/Fix Technician is responsible for providing timely and quality service and repairs of customers' products (Heat Pumps, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning and Oil Furnaces & Boilers) while maintaining a high level of customer service+ Diagnoses and repairs appliances and equipment in the customer's home and gives the customer an accurate estimate of the cost of repair if applicable+ Recognizes and acts upon every opportunity to drive revenue through the Value Added Services Program (VASP) (ie, selling extended warranties, water filters, generating customer interest in new Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems as appropriate) by effectively communicating the benefits to the customer+ Oversees/inspects HVAC service/repair or installation jobs as required by state/local law+ Provides direction and technical assistance to break/fix technicians in the absence of the HVAC Lead Mentor+ Maintains the highest level of service standards and communicates openly with District Technical Manager to assist as needed with resolving customer**Skills:**hvac, Repair, Service, Electrical, Troubleshooting**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**+ HVAC experience+ Service repair experience**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
