Responsibilities: Our Cybersecurity Consultants are a team of business integrators with extensive consulting and industry experience who help our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy through execution. The Risk and Quality Manager will work closely with project management and work stream leads to develop, implement, and manage risk and quality assurance procedures in connection with an enterprise information technology implementation based on industry leading standards and contractual requirements. This includes setting risk and quality standards, measures, and processes/controls for the project management function and the technical solution being implemented and monitoring and reporting on performance. The Risk and Quality Manager will monitor the project risk and quality process and controls operation, identifying negative trends early and engaging project management and team leads on implementing remedial measures and maintaining historical data. The individual will also actively monitor the project Risk/Issue log and engage project management and team leads on remediation actions and any emerging risks/issues. In collaboration with the solution implementation teams, the Risk and Quality Manager will participate in testing of the solutions built on the project following test scripts developed by the implementation teams, supporting testing results monitoring and reporting, including defect resolution progress. As part of the solution testing, the individual will document results of their solution testing, both successes and failures, for remediation by the implementation teams. The individual will engage with project management and team leads of each workstream on results of testing, trends observed, and recommendations for continuous improvement of processes for risk and quality management. The individual will review key project work products and contract deliverables to help ensure quality assurance requirements adhere to the risk and quality standards established and comply with client standards. The individual will participate in project management and the client and other project management and integrated project team meetings. Qualifications: Required:Minimum Experience: 7 yearsMinimum Clearance: SecretMinimum Degree Required: Bachelor'sUS CitizenshipDemonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing risk quality assurance plans/programs in connection with an enterprise information technology implementationDemonstrated experience designing, implementing, and conducting test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met. Must also develop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures for application products, as well as write, implement, and report status for system test cases for testing.Demonstrated experience assessing contract deliverables and key work products against risk and quality standards and contract compliance requirements in connection with an enterprise information technology implementationCollecting/reviewing data from multiple sources to audit and assess cybersecurity system or program performance.Ability to support a fast-paced client-facing team with flexibility and ability to communicate Information Security topics and findings clearly and concisely to client leadersDemonstrated experience testing enterprise technology solutions and supporting testing results monitoring and reporting, including defect resolutionDemonstrated experience monitoring the risk and quality process and controls operation in connection with an enterprise information technology implementation, including engaging with stakeholders on remediation activitiesExperience effectively using Microsoft Office products to include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Projects, and SharePointExcellent written and oral communication skillsAttentiveness to detail with excellent organizational and time management skillsPreferred:Lean Six Sigma or comparable quality management certificationProject Management Professional (PMP) or comparable project management certification, ie, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or comparable agile certificationAdvanced familiarity with Microsoft Office, ie, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly Additional Requirements: The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.Compensation may vary based on education, skills, experience and location.
