Job Description:The position requires collaboration with the INSCOM G3 and DAIIS stakeholders at various levels to collect and document the customer's requirements for applications and supported IT Systems.The Senior Business Analyst reviews and maps out business processes for existing and new software applications to support future enhancements. Analyzes and models existing business procedures to identify improvements. To be successful in this role the successful candidate must be able to rapidly adapt and be responsive to client requirements, create detail workflows, process diagram and develop detail business requirements documents.#cjcyberResponsibilities:Meet with INSCOM G3 and DAIIS stakeholders at all levels to collect and document their requirements for applications and supporting systemsReviews and maps the business processes for new applications and to support enhancements to existing systems. Analyzes and models stakeholders' meetings during each stage of the project. Creates detailed business requirement documentation. Creates detailed workflows and process diagrams, including application wireframes and projected plan layouts to support customer requirements. Performs feasibility analysis and collaborate with the project management team to prioritize deliverables.Partners with the development teams to provide reporting on the status of softwasre development solutions.Provides recommendations for improvement or technology strategies that can be leveraged for projects.Reviews project scope requirements and provide recommendations to the Government on possible courses of action. Provide user training and project transition support.Documents current business processes as well as desired applications. Provides knowledge transfer of requirements to application developers and project managers.Requirements: Eight years of experience as Business Analyst capturing and documenting business processes and requirement.Six years of experience as Business Analyst capturing and documenting software development and Information technology processes and requirements used in a Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) environment using the Microsoft .NET framework.Eight years of experience creating process diagrams and flow charts, mapping business processes to the customer requirements. Five years of experience working with software developers and customers to scope projects, estimate levels of effort, and evaluate customer requirements in order to create applications to deploy to Microsoft SharePoint (both out- of-the box and with custom coded) and to Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) using the Microsoft .NET Framework. Three years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures. Five years of experience with the SDLC process.TS/SCI clearance with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance#cjcyber
