Organization Description Antitrust Compliance is a firmwide program covering all Lines of Business (LOBs) and Corporate Functions (Functions). The program is designed to manage and mitigate antitrust risk and to assist the firm and its employees in complying with antitrust laws around the world. One of the program's most important functions is to apply deep subject matter expertise to complex issues and questions that can arise in connection with the firm's business activities across an incredibly diverse array of products, services, and functions. Another important function is to develop and deliver tailored training and awareness to stakeholder groups across the firm. Antitrust Compliance Officers also assist LOBs and Functions in developing and implementing effective procedures and controls to address antitrust risk that may arise. The program is one component of the Employee Compliance organization, which also includes: Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Compliance, Personal Account Dealing, and Licensing and Registration. Responsibilities: The responsibilities will cover areas such as: enhancement of the program's policy and standards documents; providing advisory services to LOBs and Functions; participating in the risk assessment process; developing and delivering training and awareness; developing monitoring and data-driven strategies; and assisting with the review and disposition of possible policy violations. Responsibilities include: Provide advisory support to LOBs and Functions on complex areas of antitrust risk that can arise in connection with business activities. Create and deliver bespoke training and awareness materials for specific stakeholder groups across the firm. Develop strong stakeholder relationships across all areas of the firm. Create, draft, and /or enhance the Antitrust and Competition Compliance Policy and related Standards and other program documents. Assist with internal and external audits, exams, and inquiries, as required. Participate in driving strategic projects undertaken by the program, including identifying areas for innovation, particularly in the areas of monitoring strategies and the use of data to identify and measure risk. Assist in the review and disposition of potential policy violations. Stay informed of regulatory and industry developments and assist in enhancing the program to address emerging risks. Qualifications : Experience with antitrust and competition law is required (4+ years). Some in-house experience in legal or compliance is ideal, however, law firm, consulting, and government experience is also valued. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, but not required. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong presentation skills, including the ability to deliver concise information persuasively. Experience with delivering training on antitrust topics is ideal. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and inform stakeholders of all levels of seniority. Proven ability to build rapport, garner respect, and appropriately exercise authority in a collaborative environment. Detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail. Flexible, adaptable to shifting priorities, uses sound judgment. Proficiency with standard office applications, such as Microsoft Office.
