Internally, our focus is on our employees' professional and technical development, and we believe mentorship is essential to success.We seek the services of a Technical Recruiter - Talent Acquisition SpecialistSummary of Position: Seeking an energetic Technical Recruiter with experience working in the Intel & DoD contracting arena. The successful candidate will have a high understanding of information technology skill sets and possess full lifecycle recruiting experience. We're looking for a strategic hunter that scrapes repositories, mines social media, and can engage the most sought-after passive cleared talent. Independent performance of "cradle to grave" recruitment and acquisition activities--identify, contact, screen, and hire candidates for job openings.Duties & Responsibilities:Work closely with Account Managers to strategize sourcing and coordinate interviews with clients.Source talent through networking, social media, employee referrals, targeted searches, and job boardsReview resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge related to the position requirementsConduct cold calls (between the hours of 4 pm to 7 pm ET) to generate interest, build relationships, and assess candidatesVerify and confirm security clearance status for cleared candidates.Manage a workload and candidate activity within Corporate Applicant Tracking SystemPerform full lifecycle recruiting by building solid relationships with candidatesRequirements:Communicate clearly and generate excitement over the phone.Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phoneExperience using web-based recruiting tools, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systemsAdministrative and organizational skills and strong attention to detailExperience recruiting passive cleared personnelGovernment contracts staffing experience is desiredExperience staffing IT projects Virtual candidates will be considered Vision IT provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
