Marcum Search LLC is working with Marcum Technology, part of the Marcum Group, to find a full time Director to join their Strategic IT Consulting Practice. The Director will provide senior level IT Advisory Services, across multiple verticals and industries. Ideally the Director, Strategic IT Solutions will be located in the Eastern or Central time zones, near a Marcum LLP office, however, fully remote may be considered. 10-25% travel may be required once restrictions are lifted. The Director will have at least 8+ years of IT advisory experience working directly with clients, assessing their IT environment and designing and implementing solutions. The Director will work directly with Marcum Technology clients in a variety of business/technology advisory roles, providing business related IT advisory services and expertise by: Working with and advising client s executives, managers and staff (business and technical) across industries, to identify areas of business performance improvement thru the use of information technology Meet with clients to understand business needs and create client proposals and statements of work (SOWs) to address client needs Able to work across multiple strategic consulting solutions: Performing business and technology assessments, and evaluating applications and systems, processes, organizations, cybersecurity and infrastructure. Requirements definition and selection of systems for organizational advancement Creation of IT strategic roadmaps Ability to advise client executives and accounting firm partners on CIO, CTO and CISO type issues Provide ongoing support to clients.
