Why Should You Be Interested?: Direct hire full-time position Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits Mid-size company with room for growth Position Title: Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst Position Location: Arlington, VA Daily Responsibilities: Participates and leads key meetings with clients including requirement gathering sessions, user acceptance testing, and end user training. Develops user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients. Works collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a clients business requirements and fulfill user stories. Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies. Collaborate with developers to unit test and verify that solutions meet the requested business requirements. Creates demo and training material for new and existing application users. Create Use cases, Requirement Document, Requirement traceability matrix (RTM), Impact Analysis, Workflows, Test case etc. Participates in corporate or customer activity meetings that are determined to be mandatory. These may include weekly meetings, Internal Program Review (IPR) meetings, ad-hoc meetings, business development meetings, manager training sessions and other meetings designated as required. Be prepared to receive additional training for products and services that relate directly to the position. Required Degree: BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related IT discipline. Allowable Substitution: Additional ten (10) years of related professional experience can be substituted for a BS/BA degree Preferred Certifications: Certified Scrum Master Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Required Experience: 5 years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst or Product Owner for mid-to-large sized organization(s). 3 years of Salesforce.com consulting experience throughout the implementation of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - agile methodology experience preferred Proficient with leveraging and configuring Salesforce AppExchange products to develop a solution Hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to advise stakeholders on business solutions including workflows, validation rules, and security controls etc. Experience with Salesforce.com configuration and familiarity with Salesforce.com custom development. Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements. Experience documenting requirements, transforming requirements to user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders. Required Clearance: Must currently hold an Active Secret clearance
