Active Top Secret is required, as is a partial onsite work schedule in Washington DC. Responsibilities: The candidate must have the ability to analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information system and processing requirements. Coordinates with customer, business, and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. Must possess experience in documenting functional, business process and business process improvement requirements. Responsible for decomposing high level functional requirements and writing system and technical requirements for development and testing. Ability to maintain broad situational awareness to mission and mission enablement through technology with understanding of describing trade offs in prioritization based upon big picture of the ecosystem. Responsibilities:Understand client business needs and requirementsUnderstand the current system and how it functionsAssist in design and development of applications based on business requirementUpgrade and modify applications per business needsCreating manual and automated test scenarios, and testing the system accurately by the appropriate deadlinesAssist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specificationsIdentify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashionEnsure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelinesProvide support in system testing and bug fixing activitiesBe available for migrations (during non-standard business hours) Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (4 years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree)Active Top Secret clearance.1 - 6 years of relevant work experience.Experience Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile environments, and/or DevOps or DevSecOps.Experience in documenting functional, business intelligence analytics, and reporting requirements in a repository or matrix.Experience using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.Skilled communicator both oral and in writing.Ability to work efficiently individually as well as in a team environmentPhysical Requirements: These are the essential physical requirements needed to successfully perform the job.Sedentary work.Requires sitting up to 8 hours per day.May require lifting up to 5 pounds unassisted.Fine repetitive motor skills with hands, wrists, and fingers in coordination with eyes.Hearing, speaking, and vision: Adequate to perform job duties and communicate in person, via video, and telephone. Includes reading information from printed sources and computer screens.Other: Work may be performed in an office environment, which may involve frequent contact with staff and the public.
