Cvent, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate, Paid Media to join our growing marketing team. This candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing inbound digital marketing tactics including Paid Social (eg LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TwitterAds), Display(Google Ads), and Video Advertising(including YouTube).The person in this role will be responsible for meeting specific KPIs across multiple product lines at Cvent, with the end goal being continued growth of Sales Qualified Leads and attributed revenue. The ideal candidate will have 1 year+ of experience in managing paid media efforts across multiple advertising platforms and a background in B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate will need to be extremely organized and comfortable in a high-paced environment. Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital marketing is a must-have. The ideal candidate would also have digital marketing certifications from courses like Google Ads Certification or Facebook Blueprint. In This Role, You Will:: Develop audience segments that align with product line goals and launch campaigns that engage those audiences. Analyze performance to optimize audience targeting and campaign budgets. Build, launch, and optimize paid social, video, and display campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google Display etc. Ensure ad spend aligns to regional and business line-specific digital marketing budgets. Identify campaign optimization opportunities and run/document A/B tests for ad creative, copy, and targeting. Help manage digital marketing reports/analysis, both for internal analysis and reporting to external stakeholders. Keep up to date documentation of performance of campaigns. Conduct competitor analysis with tools like SEMRush and Facebook Ads library, and distill insights about competitor activity into concise summaries. Here's What You Need:: Bachelors' degree in a related field required 1 year+ of experience in digital marketing in-house or at an agency Strong familiarity and demonstrated hands-on experience with paid social, display advertising, and video advertising implementation and optimization Proven experience building and targeting sponsored campaigns in Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Google Display (not all are necessarily, but ideally the majority) Good experience leveraging social media platforms for content marketing Understanding of online ad formats and specs including video, mobile, and social Understanding of website tracking tags (conversion and retargeting) Good understanding of performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, and online customer acquisition Good working knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics Must be able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Experience with CRM, marketing automation, digital attribution, and campaign management a plus Analytical mindset Physical Demands We are not able to offer sponsorship for this position.
