We make it a priority to develop each and every associate who wants to develop their career.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ELECTRONIC BANKING SPECIALIST:Contributes to the team effort by performing other duties as assigned.Builds brand awareness by providing exquisite and responsive customer service.Responsible for the daily review and processing of items related to online banking, voice banking, mobile banking, billpay, and eStatements.Responsible for the daily review and processing of items related to debit card ordering, activations, closures, maintenance, fraud cases, and compromised cards.Assists in processing and resolving all debit card disputes within the designated timelines.Solves system and customer issues as they arise for online banking, voice banking, mobile banking, billpay, eStatements, and debit card processing, interfacing with product vendors as necessary.Works with systems and vendors for fraud programs relating to online banking and billpay.Updates forms as necessary for areas of responsibility.Provides or assists with training of associates for areas of responsibility.Creates and maintains management reports for areas of responsibility.Provides support for the MasterCard 3-DSecure Program. Provides ongoing training to associates on this program.Communicates recommendations, insights, and concerns to Electronic Banking Team Leader and/or Director of Operations.Implements and interprets bank policies and operating procedures relating to online banking, voice banking, mobile banking, eStatements, and debit cards.Assists Sr. Electronic Banking Specialist and Electronic Banking Team Leader with development of operating procedures, for areas of responsibilityQUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ELECTRONIC BANKING SPECIALIST:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Three to five years of related banking experience.Knowledge of Bank Products, processes, and related systems are required.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, and PowerPoint as well as excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent time management, Project Management, and organizational skills.Capable of handling numerous projects simultaneously, while working with a strong attention to detail.Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand, process, and troubleshoot various types of issues.Ability to utilize independent judgment and decision making in exercising these duties.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven area.Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.Requires a high level of tact and integrity due to the regular exposure to confidential data.Responsible for understanding the bank's compliance policies as it relates to the specific individual ?job duties and following the provisions of such policies, specifically understanding that any violation of such policies must be reported to the Director of Regulatory Services immediately.?Associate demonstrates personal behaviors exemplary of the core values.WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN ELECTRONIC BANKING SPECIALISTThis full time, non-exempt, operations banking position typically works a 40 hour week from 8:00am to 5:00pm.READY TO JOIN OUR FRIENDLY, CARING TEAM?Apply easily through our careers website: https://www.traditions.bank/careers Location: 17402
