Overview: We are experts in the wine, spirits and beer industry looking for an individual to share our passion for executing our HR agenda and thriving in a fast-paced environment.The Manager, Human Resources supports company-wide and local markets (MD, DC) Human Resources initiatives in order to achieve business strategy and long and short-term objectives. This role provides support to the HR Senior Director and leadership team for the MD/DC business consisting of approximately 500 union and non-union associates.If you share our passion for being on a winning team, then come join our fun, family-based culture. This role will require a hybrid schedule in both, DC and Middle River locations Responsibilities: Proactively supports the delivery and implementation of HR processes in collaboration with the Management and HR teamsSupports the internal talent acquisition processConducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-path program and employee relations counseling; conducts exit interviewsParticipates in developing department goals, objectives and systemsEvaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goalsRecommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5-7 years of HR business partner and/or HR generalist experiencePrevious Labor Relations experience desired, but not requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including talent and performance management; organizational design and change management; total rewards; employee relations and diversity, equity and inclusion PreferredCertification such as PHR or SPHRPrevious HR Generalist experienceAbility to influence at all levels of the CompanyPrevious experience in a sales and distribution company#LI-Hybrid EEO Statement: Breakthru Beverage Group is an equal opportunity employer.
