You love animals and people, and you genuinely enjoy forming relationships with our clients and their pets. You warmly greet people by name as you competently schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and process payment transactions. When conducting phone calls, you communicate clearly and tactfully. Your customer service background serves you well as you assist clients who are worried about their sick or injured pets. With a calm and empathetic demeanor, you skillfully put others at ease and diffuse tense situations.Thanks to your keen organizational abilities, our office runs seamlessly. Detail-oriented and efficient, you perform data entry tasks, create invoices, and prepare patient files.
