Individuals with experience helping to guide HR processes. The right candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to see the bigger picture while proving their ability to work independently.Responsibilities:The Director of HR is responsible for performing Human Resource (HR) related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas, including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and development, performance management, recruiting and hiring talent, onboarding and employment processing, policy development and implementation, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. The Director advises leadership on all human resources issues with broad and current subject matter knowledge, including expertise in federal and state employment laws.Requirements:Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or ManagementDemonstrated experience of 5 years or more in HR for organization of 150 or more peopleStrong attention to detail and accuracy At least three years of experience supporting management level individualsWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to our employees.
