Responsibilities: Peraton is looking for a PMP certified Program Director to become part of a Peraton program providing leading cyber and technology security enabling innovative, effective and secure business processes. The Program Director role will be located in Arlington, VA. Position Description: Manages teams providing technical support and system administration services ensuring the availability and functionality of cybersecurity capabilities.Serves as the primary interface with the Government Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer's Representative and senior Government personnel.Ensure all contract deliverables are completed on time and are high quality products.Responsible and accountable for the performance of the entire contractor staff (including subcontractors). Supervises contractor personnel, and communicates policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. Ensures all work complies with applicable department policies and regulations.Ensures contractor performance is timely and meets program goals and performance standards. Formulates and enforces work standards. Performs quality control; ensures contractor performance meets established performance standards. Coordinates all project administrative matters with the COR.Coordinate and maintain an integrated project and activity schedule across all offices.Provide project management in accordance with recognized industry standards.Report on special tasks or assignments at a frequency determined by the customer.Brief government leadership and provide courses of action for significant network and system changes, improving monitoring capabilities, operational outages and computer security. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: A Master's Degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or other related management or technical discipline. Four additional years of general experience (as defined below) may be substituted for the Master's degree.Active Top Secret security clearance is required.PMP certification required.Fifteen (15) years of experience with increasing responsibilities in IT or cyber security program management.Eight (8) years of experience in managing cyber security or information assurance support programs of similar size, complexity and scope as this program.Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in identified Tasks areas.Demonstrated experience in the management of funds and resources and in managing large complex task order contracts.Demonstrated analytical and communications skills.Desired Qualifications: CISSP certification Peraton Overview: Peraton drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy.
