Overview: Admiral Security Services is seeking an ambitious and creative Recruitment Manager who brings full life cycle recruiting and HR experience to join our growing company. Admiral is the 9th largest contract security guard company in the United States. We are the largest privately-owned company in the DC Metro region. This role provides the opportunity to work with exceptional people in a high impact and fast paced environment. This position will manage the recruiting function and be a strong contributor to people initiatives including employee retention, employee engagement, resource planning and employee development. This position will be responsible for overall success and development of the recruiting team, ATS administration, metrics, and reporting, recruiting operations, recruitment branding strategy and developing and executing innovative programs to attract and retain talent. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the recruiting strategy to meet company and departmental goals across DC, Montgomery County and Northern Virginia. Admiral recruits for licensed security guards, site supervisors, site managers and divisional administrative staff. The Recruitment Manager will oversee and mentor a team but will also be expected to operate in a very hands-on fashion with all business units and leaders. This position will report into the Director of Recruitment and Employee Relations. Compensation: $90,000 to $98,000 based on experience Bonus: Employee shall be eligible to receive a quarterly discretionary performance bonus based on multiple key performance indicators as established by the company, in addition to other employee performance goals and metrics. Location: Bethesda, MD Status: Full time salaried exempt Work week: 80% in office and 20% Remote Responsibilities: Manage multiple recruiters and administrative staff in a fast paced/ high volume environmentMust be able to manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and meet organizational goalsDesign and implement overall recruiting strategyDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.Source and recruit supervisory and management candidates by using our applicant tracking system, social media etc.Screen candidates' resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesOnboard new employees in order to become fully integratedMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to all stakeholdersAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processUtilize systems to manage results and performancePromote company's reputation as "best place to work"SkillsProven work experience supervising recruiters (either an in-house or a staffing agency)Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, reference check etc.)Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making skills Qualifications: Excellent Verbal and Written communication Skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookExcellent organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast- paced environmentMust possess superior attention to detail.Must be flexible and willing to work some weekends and evenings when needed.College degree preferred.Proven track record of managing a recruitment team.Must have excellent customer service skills.Admiral Security Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer E/O/E M/F/D/V VA #11-1017
