Requisition Type: Contingent Position Title: Government Property Manager Joint F35 Provide support to the J-35 Joint Program Office's critical mission of developing, deploying and sustaining the next generation strike fighter aircraft on a global scale. Location: Arlington, VA Security Clearance Level: Secret Duties and Responsibilities Support the F-35 Lightning II Property Management team with the oversight of property management across F-35. Assist the F-35 Property Manager Lead on property management compliance requirements; the management of application of US property management regulations, policies and procedures; and establishment of policies, process and procedures. Assists with the tracking, auditing and oversight of all USG property across F-35. Assist in property management standup activities during site activation at military installations, assist in reviewing and auditing industry property management systems, and be responsible for maintaining an Accountable Property Management System of Record (APSR) Knowledge and Qualifications Masters Degree in Business, Management or related discipline. May substitute with Bachelors Degree and 14 years of property management experience.
