Pennsylvania Cancer Specialists Research Institute (PCSRI) Job Details: Job Title: Marketing Manager Status: Full-Time Reports To: Chief Operating Officer Effective Date: 9/1/2022 FSLA Status: Exempt Location: Gettysburg, PAJob Summary The Marketing Manager will report to Pennsylvania Cancer Specialists Research Institute (PCSRI) Chief Operating Officer. This role will be working with referring providers and acting as Physician Liaison. This role will oversee regional marketing strategies at the practice level. They will consult our practice leaders at PCSRI on all marketing efforts relating to physician referrals (liaisons), patient retainment, local ad buys/campaigns, social media/digital/website strategy, local press, and budget. This role will work closely with both our operations team and our corporate marketing and liaison teams.Responsibilities Create a customizable marketing playbook of best practices for individualized marketing plans. Provide feedback to the corporate marketing team to assist with initial concepting for PCSRI national B2C marketing (direct to the patient). Assist corporate marketing in establishing the co-branding of OO + practice materials and maintaining brand standards. Manage social agencies for updating and maintaining digital platforms-websites and social platforms. Collect and report marketing metrics per practice (ie, website user traffic, LinkedIn campaign success, earned media figures, etc.). Help design and maintain the PCSRI website and practice Intranet. Assist the corporate operations team with presentation material. Measure/track KPIs by working with the PCSRI analytics and practice management/liaison teams to identify patient growth, physician referral patterns, and regional market data. Work with PCSRI research team to effectively market clinical trials (to referring physicians and to patients) Assist practice marketing team members as needed, brainstorming, researching, and embracing new and creative growth strategies. Ensure that all marketing and advertising activities meet current legal and compliance-related requirements. Perform marketing audits. Competencies Requirements Experience working with community relations and partnerships, (ie, working with outside agencies like ACS, LLS, hospital groups, other local patient support groups, etc.) Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web strategy, including analytics. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies Ability to evaluate new technologies and provide appropriate leadership/perspective for consideration/adoption. Media relations Graphic design Proficient in Microsoft Office/Adobe Suite Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree Required (Preferred Marketing/Healthcare Related Degree) 2-5 years with Physician Healthcare Experience (Preferred) Additional Requirements Must be able to sit or stand for long periods, with occasional walking.
