SummaryThe Program Manager reports directly to the Senior Program Manager.This individual will assist with and manage key business initiatives that will include prioritization and alignment of business needs, resource scheduling, communication to associates and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple high level projects from start to finish.Essential Job Functions:Guide associates through a structured career development programCreate and maintain strong relationships with associates, internal management, and other outside parties critical to the program's success.Helps direct the program throughout the life cycle, aligning project resources to achieve goals and ensuring established timelines are met.Develops, analyzes and manages program plans and appropriate program management documentation.Tracking project deliverables through reporting and analysis.Create value by improving overall individual and team performance to attain maximum production output.Recommend organizational and process modifications as well as infrastructure enhancementsOther Related Duties:Performs other related duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Previous experience in managing a training program preferred.Previous experience in Mortgage Banking and/or financial associated lines of business is highly preferred. Language Skills:Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and work place policies. Ability to analyze, interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to write professional correspondences. Ability to write routine business reports. Ability to speak effectively with other employees and/or customers. Ability to present formal information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees.
