The Litigation Support Analyst role is an excellent opportunity for advancement for someone with prior litigation support experience. This role provides individuals with increasingly more customer interaction and increased responsibility in the development of case support including performing moderately complex research and detailed data analysis using automated litigation support and eDiscovery tools and resources (Relativity). You may also serve as team lead to review and provide oversight to Litigation Support Analyst I and Document Management Technician positions, to add supervisory skills to further your career potential. This specific position will provide litigation support to the Office of Immigration Litigation ("OIL"), at the document center, full-time, printing incoming request, responding to print request emails and maintaining tracing logs CACI is also committed to growing our eDiscovery workforce and has included tuition reimbursement for Relativity certifications, the ACEDS certification and Paralegal Certificates! Please apply if you are interested to hear more!More About the Role:The Litigation Support Analyst role works closely with the Civil Division attorneys in a fast-paced setting and assist in the investigation and prosecution of various matters to enforce the laws of the United States, up to and including support assistance for witness interviews, deposition preparation, and in-courtroom trial support. Additional responsibilities include:Daily correspondence to include task intake and completion.Update tracking logsPrint special and small requestsPrepare incoming OIL mail for scanningPrepare completed print requests for shipmentDeliver completed print requests to the DOJ mailroom.Perform legal and administrative duties as requestedAssist with case organization and maintenance; plays integral role in preparing team for witness interviews, discovery, and trials.Provide in-courtroom assistance, exhibit collection and review, and legal research as needed based on trial demands.Utilize eDiscovery platforms to perform document review, communicating detailed summaries and analyses of findings.Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with DOJ components, Federal agencies, counsel, and others as needed.Organize and prioritize numerous tasks effectively and completes tasks under strict time constraints.Work on multiple cases simultaneously and multi-task with minimal supervision.Log and organize incoming and outgoing discovery productions.Proofread material as needed for contextual, grammatical, and formatting errors.Summarize articles, reports, witness statements.Review documents for relevance according to established guidelines and criteria.You'll Bring These Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or three years of experience on major litigation support projectsHighly organized and demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment Must have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities. Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment.A knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems. Deliver consistent high-quality work product in a deadline driven environment under extreme pressure.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications and Adobe Acrobat.
