Digital Content ManagerJob DescriptionAES is searching for a passionate Digital Content Manager to support our global brand presence by crafting robust digital marketing strategies and completing engaging, data-driven external content. The manager will write long and short format digital content and should have strong editing skills. We're looking for someone with strong content creation experience also proficient in content strategy, analysis and execution. The ideal candidate will help us bring to bear our brand position to tell AES' story across various digital platforms, supervise and analyze the effectivities of our initiatives and implement successful marketing practices. This person should be creative, confident, diligent, collaborate easily with others and have a consistent track record of producing strategic digital content and campaigns that increase engagement.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop marketing strategies for digital content and maintain a cross-channel editorial calendar.Build blog posts, white papers, event collateral, case stories, email marketing, video scripts, articles, and other materials to support AES' strategy and goalsBuild, optimize, supervise and analyze website content using SEO/SEM best practices to attract key audiencesCollaborate with Social Media Manager to build tailored content by platform for the weekly social media calendar and paid and organic social media campaignsSupport lead generation strategies by developing campaigns in partnership with AES' Global Communications and Marketing team and Commercial teamUse data analytics to assess and report on digital content strategy and metricsCollaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideasQualifications3 - 5 demonstrated ability in digital marketing and/or social media marketing with proven, data driven successes2+ years of experience copywriting for various digital channelsExperience with monitoring tools (eg Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Ad Manager)Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, analysis and reportingExcellent writing editing skills in English, as well as the ability to write in an engaging active toneCommunicate and collaborate optimallyAbility to consistently meet tight deadlinesAbility to identify target audience preferences and trendsBS/BA degree preferredAdditional qualifications or certifications in digital technologies or social media management is a plusAES is an Equal Opportunity Employer who is committed to building strength and delivering long-term sustainability through diversity and inclusion.
