Join the Genesis team as a Human Resource Coordinator where you will have a direct and daily influence on employees. You will collaborate with nursing center leadership to develop a work environment that positions Genesis as \"the employer of choice\" and to create a work culture committed to the Genesis mission, vision and core values. Success is measured in terms of employee satisfaction, development, retention, and achievement of the Company established excellence goals and key performance indicators. You will also lead full cycle talent acquisition for the nursing center. Position Highlights *Report to the Nursing Home Administrator/Center Executive Director *Maintain current working knowledge of company and center policies and procedures, pay practices, employee benefits, employment laws (ie ADA, FMLA, and FLSA) and communicates regularly with employees to promote understanding and utilization. *Lead the nursing center's talent acquisition process from sourcing through orientation/onboarding. *Manage and participate in the nursing center's new hire orientation *Ensure all benefit information is communicated, collected and administered according to deadlines. *Monitor performance evaluations schedule for all employees. Counsels managers and supervisors proactively in effective performance management techniques to improve employee retention and productivity. *Handle the FMLA process in accordance with company policy. *Coordinate programs, such as employee engagement, workers' compensation, employee recognition, and employee communications Why Genesis? CCWF Qualifications: *Associates Degree is preferred. *Prior experience in healthcare or long-term care setting preferred. *Must be able to work flexible hours in order to meet with employees who work on all shifts.
