Apply today!Responsibilities Calculate the cost estimate of all project tasks and accurately manage the project budget Supervise general contractors and laborers and provide direction when needed to ensure the job is high quality Negotiate profitable agreements with external vendors, contractors, and critical subcontractors Keep key stakeholders informed of the project's status by producing frequent progress reports Acquire the appropriate licenses and permits from the corresponding authorities and ensure construction is up to code Participate in a weekly production meeting to discuss job progress and update the production managerQualifications Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, blueprints, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills College degree (Bachelor's) in construction management, engineering, or another relevant field Finished training for OSHA 30 license PMP certification is a plus Be focused on delivering a high-quality product for our customersBe a team player and willing to go the extra mileCompensation $50,000 - $80,000 yearly About Sundance Kitchen, Bath's & ExteriorsSundance Kitchen, Bath's & Exteriors is a growing family-owned and operated remodeling company that has been in business for 19 years (est. 2004).
