You will creatively identify, attract, and engage a qualified, diverse pool of candidates to ensure the delivery of our most valuable asset-people, to support our client's needs.The Senior Manager of Executive Recruitment for Hilton will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting highly qualified executive-level candidates for Hilton's corporate offices. You will work closely with peers in corporate recruiting and global recruiting and lead high-level executive searches operating as a strategic consultant and partner to executives and HR Consultants.More specifically, you will: Own full life cycle hiring for key executive positions for the corporate organization. Collaborate with key partners on projected needs and hiring objectives - HR Consultants, Compensation Team, Talent Researchers, and the Candidate Experience Team. Actively source for viable executive candidates either independently, or applying in-house or external resources. Assess and qualify external candidates to be presented and vetted by senior management using behavioral-based interview techniques. Handle the offer extension and on-boarding process for executive-level candidates working in partnership with HR, Compensation, and the hiring managers directly. Be responsible for the data integrity of the search process. This includes navigating different CRMs and diligently updating and managing those systems. Design and implement programmatic enhancements as necessary to drive continuous improvement. Partner with Executive leadership to understand their respective business areas, opportunities, and future growth plans. What are we looking for? We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills: Be viewed as a leader and influencer across your organization An exceptional recruiter with a track record of closing difficult searches swiftly with high quality hires Excellent business insight, including strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative Dedicated to taking initiative with minimal direction and understanding concepts quickly Strong communication skills - written and verbal Problem-solving skills to effectively and creatively find solutions for hard problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity Discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications: Eight (8) years of professional experience Three (3) years working in an in-house talent acquisition or recruiting function supporting executive level leaders or Executive Search experience as a Senior Associate or Principal at a retained executive search firm Two (2) years of full-cycle recruiting experience including handling clients, candidates, offer negotiations, and references Two (2) years working with talent researchers (Sourcers) and/or agencies, HR business partners, and project coordinators (schedulers) throughout a search process It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Three (3) years of experience leading a team Ten (10) years working with executives in a global publicly traded organization, influencing and partnering to achieve results Experience conducting executive-level searches in hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing service organizations What is it like working for Hilton?The future of hospitality is bright at Hilton: a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world-class brands.
