Act as employee champion as well as assess and anticipate HR-related needs. Communicates needs proactively and formulates partnerships across the HR functions and leadership team to deliver value added services that reflect the business objectives of the organization.Responsibilities and DutiesResponsible for administration of employee benefits, payroll, and timekeeping (systems: ADP WorkForce Now, PROCAS, MS Office).Collaborate with Chief of Staff to implement policies, programs, and solutions.Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with Chief of Staff to develop solutions, programs, and policies.Maintain knowledge of current/changing legal requirements, and responsible for compliance related to day-to-day HR management, (eg, I9, Affirmative Action Program, EEO, and ACA Compliance).Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Maintains awareness of cultural concerns and implications.Conduct new hires orientations and exit interviews.Other duties assigned by management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.3- 5 years professional human resource experience. Talent Management, Employee Relations, Affirmative Action / EEO Compliance, and HRIS administration strongly preferred. Experience with ADP WorkForce Now strongly preferred.SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred.Self-Starter with excellent verbal and communication skills.
