Transfer Pricing Tax Analyst

Hybrid work model is a possibility for local candidates, but will not be required. There is a possibility of needing to be onsite first week, but not a guarantee as of yet.ResponsibilitiesDetermine and review global transfer prices for intercompany transactions on an annual and ad-hoc basisAdvise foreign affiliates on all transfer pricing issuesProvide support on international tax audit issuesManage transfer pricing documentation, including keeping intercompany agreements up to datePrepare and/or review Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 1118, 1042 and others as required.Assist with the implementation and reporting related to legislative changes in international taxation impacting US affiliates.Review and management of tax initiatives and special projectsOther duties as assignedDevelop and issue standardized reporting packages using HFMQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field, MBA or CPA a plusMinimum 1 to 5+ years' experience within a multi-national corporate tax environment (Public & Private mix preferred)Experience with HFM preferredMastery of MS office financial applicationsOne Source compliance software experience preferredAbility to prepare/communicate persuasive, fact-based analysisStrong interpersonal and communication skills; developing presentation skillsSelf-starter with ability to effective manage multiple priorities; demonstrated strong work ethicHigh Performance Behaviors - Execute with Urgency, Earn Trust, Share Accountability, Benchmark to ImproveDetail oriented with strong analytical skillsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.Job Applicants should be aware of job offer scams perpetrated through the use of the Internet and social media platforms.To learn more please read Bausch Health's Job Offer Fraud Statement.
