We are looking for an individual who is tech-savvy, has experience with social media, will take ownership of leads, and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They track the results in regular accountability meetings along with those of the agents holding appointments.This person is an enthusiastic self-starter and has the organizational and time management skills necessary to administer our social media accounts while handling the constant flow of leads coming in and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leads. Additionally, they are responsible for adding new prospective clients to our database while continuing the incubation of these leads.Compensation: Salary based on experienceAnnual salary with potential for profit sharing and benefitsPaid time offResponsibilitiesResponsible for overseeing all facets of the Listing processSet goals for quarterly and annual marketing and communicate with key players on the team regarding the listing status and eventsPrepare a marketing plan for the listing and review plan with the team leadCreate and regularly prepare all buyer and seller consultation packagesVisit the listing to familiarize yourself with all the marketable featuresDevelop the marketable features so that the property can be effectively promoted and consistently and actively advertise our listingsCoordinate with a stager, type of photography needed /ensure photos are suitable for advertisementCoordinate the preparation of all listing flyers, brochures, websites, and all other marketing materialsPrepare a timeline for property advertisements on a monthly /weekly scheduleStrive to think outside the box for each listing as they are unique.
