JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting & AnalysisReports to:Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting & AnalysisDepartment: Global Controller DepartmentLocation: Baltimore, MD/RemoteAbout CRSCatholic Relief Services is the official international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States. CRS' relief and development work is accomplished through programs of emergency response, HIV, health, agriculture, education, microfinance and peacebuilding.Job Summary: Provide team based financial service support for the Global Controller department.Major responsibilities include providing account analysis, ad hoc reporting, financial survey preparation, monitoring and analysis of donor restricted funds, accounting for trade receivables, employee receivables, pension liabilities and other assigned accounts. Job function includes preparation of general ledger account reconciliations, account analysis/research, journal entry preparation, and related financial reporting.Employee will provide support through the ongoing monitoring of financial information to assist the Global Controller department with reporting of financial results, compliance of CRS policies and procedures and donor regulations.QUALIFICATIONS Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in AccountingMinimum of 2-5 years accounting experienceCertified Public Accountant or current candidateRequired Languages - Fluency in written and spoken English.
