We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruiting various positions, successfully delivering on facets of full lifecycle recruiting for our growing organization, and providing a positive recruiting experience to candidates. If you're a hands-on, creative, and motivated recruiting professional, and have a specialty for finding the best candidates, then this is your opportunity to collaborate with the HR and Talent Acquisition Team and perform as a key contributor in shaping CATHEXIS' talent acquisition strategies. We are looking for a new teammate to help us deliver on our commitments, create a great experience for incoming recruits, and find like-inspired candidates for our programs and proposals. Responsibilities Manage the full life cycle recruiting process of assigned requisitions Recruit proactively, promptly, and compliantly to fill positions (including proposal related requisitions) with qualified candidates Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to clarify specific hiring needs, develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that meet operational goals and requirements Coordinate, create, and manage interview scheduling between the hiring manager and candidates Review, source, and analyze resumes using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tracking tools Recruit, source, and network with potential candidates via social media platforms, ie LinkedIn Attend career fairs and other hiring/networking events Ensure timely and accurate dispositioning of candidates in the ATS during each stage of the recruiting process Create and extend offers Assist the proposal team with resume formatting as needed Participate in employment events, such as career fairs Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent A minimum of five (5) years of corporate or agency recruiting experience Previous experience working with government contractors highly desired Experience leading candidates through the full life cycle recruiting process A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Greenhouse experience is a plus Experience creatively sourcing candidates by utilizing the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, job boards, etc. Understanding of OFCCP Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple requisitions at any given time Ability to source and recruit active and passive candidates Must be organized with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and balance multiple priorities to serve various stakeholders in a collaborative team environment Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications Must have the ability to handle high-stress situations and work efficiently and rapidly, adjusting to changing business needs under the pressure of various deadlines Must pay close attention to details Effective negotiating skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong relationship management skills, professional demeanor, and excellent customer service skills CATHEXIS is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
