OverviewWill serve as the company's head of Investor Relations. They will be the primary person to direct V2X interactions and communications with all existing and potential shareholders. The individual will work closely with senior executives and align with other internal management partners to communicate the company's strategy, growth opportunities, business initiatives, and financial objectives in a way that creates clarity, consistency and understanding among the broader investment community. ResponsibilitiesPrimary point of contact for all institutional and individual investors, sell-side analysts, proxy advisory firms and exchange representativesCo-manage with Finance the company's quarterly earnings conference calls including the creation/writing/design of presentation decks, scripts, press releases, and management Q'sAssist in creating, communicating, and updating the company's corporate messaging to Wall StreetCreate, update, and maintain investor presentations / company overviews and related external materialsMaintain Wall Street consensus modelPresent and articulate the investor point of view / Wall Street feedback to the executive team, and make recommendations as necessary and appropriateHelp in the preparation of the company's financial SEC filings including 10-Q's, Proxy Filings, and the company's Annual ReportCollaborate with senior executives to devise external communication strategy relating to material corporate actions (earnings, guidance, capital allocation strategies, etc.)Assists in designing the Q's for the investor community and communicate key internal developments that have occurred regarding the company's strategies, its operations, and the overall financial performanceCreate reports for the Board of Directors as to the status of the investor base, economic trends, analyst opinions and other pertinent mattersManage relationships with current and future analysts, investors, and other stakeholdersCoordinate activities of outside IR and PR consultantsManage and monitor investment research on the company and industry peersPerform competitive and cross divisional analysis of industry peers and monitor other public disclosures like the various presentations made at the investor seminars, conferences, etc.Manage company's participation in investment conferences including preparation of external presentations and designation of one-on-one meetingsManage company's non-deal road show activities including all geographic and account specific targeting and presentationsOrganize and manage analyst targeted events including Analyst/Investor day, bus tours, etc.Manage investor intelligence and shareholder analysis reports as well as the investor CRM systemManage a strategic targeting program to identify and attract potential long-term investors who have investment objectives that match the company's financial characteristics.Contribute to the company's Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) - selection of reporting standards, internal information gathering, reporting of programs, monitoring of rating firms and communication with investorsManage Investor Relations portion of the company websiteCoordinate with the Corporate Communications department on key communication issues to ensure the Company is delivering a consistent message and adhering to applicable disclosure regulationsOther Investor Relations and related activities as appropriate QualificationsMinimum QualificationsEducation/Certificates:BA/BS in Finance or Economics, Master of Business AdministrationExperience:5-10 years' experience in investor relations or equity researchKnowledge/Skills:Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industryStrong understanding of compliance and disclosure requirements associated with Regulation FDStrong financial background and familiarity with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investorsEstablished background with aspects of a public company's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting is highly desiredStrong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with the investment communityExceptional oral and written communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability and experience in effectively collaborating with global executives and senior leadersStrong skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.Demonstrated leadership skills and experienceAn understanding of the Aerospace/Defense, or Technology industry preferredMust thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environmentBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life, AD, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and other ancillary plans.Time OffPaid Time Off (PTO), Holidays, Bereavement, and Jury Duty.We are committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace that values and supports the contributions of each individual.
