MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Experience establishing and directing a practice management informatics program function to effectively formulate policy, process, and systems requirements in order to implement health care system-wide changes in support of the agency's health IT administrative and clinical objectives; and managing one or more major health IT contracts which provide software development, operations, and maintenance services for the agency's clinical and administrative health IT systems portfolio.
