Visit arcfield.com for more details. Responsibilities Capture Director: Execute on-contract duties for P&L sector while working capture for a strategic bid on behalf of corporate growth organization. Capture expectations include developing win themes and technical offerings for the proposal, executing customer contact plan to shape the solicitation, define and refine technical solutions, and organize SMEs to support capture phase activities. Continue to support through the proposal phase to ensure a compelling winning proposal. Program Manager: 10 years program management experience. Experience in managing geographically dispersed workforce, minimally across CONUS but preferable OCONUS as well. Experience in managing subcontractors. Familiarity with the Westfields client's missions and site-level SE&I processes. As PM, the candidate must be capable of managing a large workforce to exacting and dynamically changing timelines while maintaining cost, technical and schedule expectations. Experience in agile systems engineering, digital engineering and MBSE desired. Once effort is won, this role migrates to program operations under appropriate Space and Mission Engineering Sector business unit. Work managed will be project engineering, systems engineering, configuration management, risk management, digital engineering, MBSE, facility engineering, IT engineering, etc. Demonstrated understanding of these engineering disciplines is expected. Work Location: Primary customer locations are Las Cruces (NM), Aurora (CO), and Springfield (VA). Preferred is Las Cruces but all are acceptable locations for the right candidate. Ultimately position will be on customer site after winning. Capture work pre-award would be done either remote from home or at corporate location(s). Qualifications * Nominally 20 years' experience with at least 10 years of PM experience * BS 16-18, MS 14+, Phd 10+ * STEM degree, MS and/or MBA a plus * Active TS/SCI w/Poly (will accept TS/SCI eligible if it meets parameters for rapid turn-on) * IC BD/Capture experience - familiarity with the typical FAR Part 15 acquisitions * PMP Desired
