We are seeking an innovative Program Manager to join our team! The Program Manager will help us increase our footprint at Ft. Meade, The Department of Defense, and the Federal Government. Meade and surrounding DoD installations, our headquarters in Columbia, MD, and from your home. Work closely with company leadership and high-level stakeholders. Work closely and communicate with a team of software engineers, data scientists, and company managers to drive value and business impact. Analyze business requirements and translate into actionable programs and objectives. Understand and contribute to BD efforts, capture, and proposals. Work alongside EVP and VP of Growth to monitor contract and business requirements and ensure deliverables and goals are met. Prepare and deliver presentations that tell TeamWorx Security s differentiated story. What We Think You Need A Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field and 3+ years of relevant industry or military experience. Military experience preferred; position is open to Skillbridge participants. Knowledge of Cyber, Intel, or Automation and AI Capabilities and TTPs. Knowledge and experience working with the military, DoD, DHS, IC, or National Guard. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Program management and leadership skills are essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way. What s in it for you?
